Sarah Taylor, maternal grandmother of Anne and John Hodgson, children of the deceased Joseph Hodgson and Margaret Ross, petitions the court for removal of Alexander Macleod as factor in loco tutoris of Anne and John Hodgson and for relief on account of Alexander Macleod's willful mishandling of the estate in violation of the February 13, 1730 special act of sederunt which lays out the requirements for a factor loco tutoris.
