Abstract
Document argues that the Court should uphold the Interlocutor. Walter Lunn argues that his work as a traveling merchant made accounting and repayment of debts difficult, and he claims that he did not try to hide his renunciation of his wife's liferent from his creditors. He provides a chronology of his business and his time in debtors prisons. He hoped to go abroad to improve his finances, but stayed at the insistence of his creditors who had taken out insurance on him.
