Abstract
Document claims that on 4 March 1799 Walter Lunn issued a formal renunciation of his jus mariti over the rents due to his wife from subjects in Edinburgh after receiving a deed outlining such a renunciation from Mrs. Lunn. Document also claims that after being declared bankrupt, the Defender delivered a quantity of merchant goods to George Turnbull, Jr., merchant in Hawick, to repay a debt. Document claims that in not reporting these instances, the Pursuer attempted to defraud his creditors.
