March 1, 1794 Answers by Hugh M'Hutcheon of Chang, Trustee upon the sequestrated Estate of John Tait, responding to the petition of Robert Welsh and Thomas Copland, asserting that the bills in question fell under the act 1696 and that Tait was bankrupt.
