December 1, 1789 Petition of Sir William Dunbar, Bart. and others, Freeholders of Caithness, asking the Court to find the freeholders did wrong in repelling the objection against Sir James Sinclair, now Earl of Caithness, and to grant warrant for expunging him from the roll.
