Reclaiming Note for James and Peter Duguids, Merchants in Aberdeen; John and William Duguids, Merchants in Gibraltar; Thomas Duguid, Merchant in Buenos Ayres; Alexander Duguid, Merchant in Aberdeen; Simpson Duguid, residing in London; Miss Jane Duguid, residing at Dee Place, near Aberdeen; Mrs Helen Collie or Duguid, residing in Aberdeen, widow of the late John Collie, Surgeon in Aberdeen; Mrs Eliza Duguid or Morrice, Spouse of David Morrice, Watchmater and Jeweller in London; and the said David Morrice, for his Interest; Mrs Anne Duguid or Allardyce, residing at Granite Place, near Aberdeen, widow of the late George Allardyce, Merchant in Gibraltar; Mrs Harriet Duguid, residing at Dee Place, near Aberdeen,--all lawful Children of the deceased Peter Duguid, Merchant in Aberdeen, Brother-german of the late William Duguid, Esq. of Granite Place, near Aberdeen, formerly of Baltimore, in North America;--and William Duguid, in London, Attorney of the saids John and William Duguids, Merchants in Gibraltar, and Thomas Duguid, Merchant in Buenos Ayres; and David Hutcheon, Advocate in Aberdeen, as Mandatory of the said William Duguid in London, and for Simpson and Eliza Duguids, and her Husband;--And for Williamina, Mary, John, William, Thom, Elizabeth, and Peter Ritchie, residing in Aberdeen, and James Ritchie, residing in London, Children of the deceased Peter Ritchie, Merchant in Aberdeen, son of Elizabeth Duguid or Ritchie, Spouse of James Ritchie, Farmer at Mill of Pottertoun, Belhelvie, who was the Sister of the said William Duguid, Esq.; and for David Hutcheon, Advocate in Aberdeen, Mandatary of the said James Ritchie, residing in London;--And for James Ritchie, formerly of Baltimore, now residing in London; Mrs Margaret Ritchie or Garden, Spouse of James Garden, Farmer in Mains of Balmedie, near Aberdeen, and the said James Garden for his Interest; Mrs Helen Ritchie or Gordon, Spouse of James Gordon, Surgeon in Old Aberdeen, and the said James Gordon for his Interest; and David Hutcheon, Advocate in Aberdeen, Mandatory of the said James Ritchie;---which James, Margaret, and Helen Ritchies, were the Children of Elizabeth Duguid or Ritchie, Spouse of James Ritchie, Farmer at Mill of Pottertoun, Belhelvie, who was the Sister of the said deceased William Duguid, Esq. of Granite Place, near Aberdeen;--And for the said Peter Duguid, Merchant in Aberdeen, and Alexander Irvine, Merchant in Old Aberdeen, as Arresting Creditors of John Ritchie, Merchant in London, Son of the said Elizabeth Duguid or Ritchie; In The Process of Multiplepoinding and Exoneration at the Instance of The Trustees of the said William Duguid, Esq. against Duguid and Others
