Chalmers, Leslie, & Seton v. Creditors of George Chalmers 1778

The partnership of Chalmers, Leslie, and Seton sought to be ranked on the estate of George Chalmers of Pittencrieff. Several of Chalmers’s creditors objected on the ground that the firm’s creditors were already ranked.
